Become a Flosser in 21 Days

Self-help gurus cite 21 as the magic number for personal change. They say to commit to a habit for 21 days, and you will stick with it.

This compelling TED Talk uses one of my favorite sayings, "Floss the teeth you want to keep," as an introduction to the concept of personal growth and change.
